The co-existence of military installations and civil settlement is relatively not a new issue. The arrangement has been practiced by countries in the world that have scarce land. Nevertheless, the bigger countries, still keep their military facilities of old, even upgrading them. The symbiosis between the two, is very unique, one that makes critics vary in their opinions. Though the co-existence between the two is beneficial-economically, there are still risks involved, considering the factors of security and confidentiality of both parties.
