The dual fan dual duct (DFDD) system at Topham Elementary School uses half as much heat per unit area as any other system in the Langley, BC, Canada, school district. Additionally, records show the system has fewer problems and costs less to maintain. Suitable for any climate, this inexpensive form of DFDD offers significant benefits not just for schools, but also for most buildings where a central system can recirculate air to multiple spaces.
