PURPOSE: A control device is provided to prevent noise, vibration, and harshness of a vehicle by individually controlling a radiator fan motor and a condenser fan motor through a pulse width modulation. CONSTITUTION: A control device comprises a sensing unit for sensing operating condition when a vehicle starts operation; a control unit(20) for outputting, through a gate driving unit(21), a dual pulse width modulation signal for determining operating speed of a radiator fan motor(1) and a condenser fan motor(2) in accordance with the operating condition sensed by the sensing unit; and a motor driving unit(30) for individually controlling the radiator fan motor and the condenser fan motor in accordance with the dual pulse width modulation signal, and differentiating the driving speed of the radiator fan motor and the condenser fan motor.
