So why should I care?"rnThe answer is that the Army Learning Model, or ALM, will affect not only how Soldiers learn in the institutional education system but also how they train in operational units. Although ALM is an Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) initiative, it will profoundly influence how all Soldiers learn and develop.
