India, Pakistan Resume Security Dialogue

The foreign ministers of nucleararmed neighbors India and Pakistan met July 27 in New Delhi, resuming their high-level dialogue on security and confidence-building measures for the first time since the November 2008 terrorist attacks in Mumbai.
