Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is associated with diminished neuropsychological functioning. This randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled, study is the first comparison of two extended release stimulant-based medications (Adderall XR® and Concerta®) and placebo on ADHD neuropsychological functioning.
