When human beings (ourselves) are detached from modern civilization, made to live with only basic necessities and came face to face with nature, our animalistic instinct is emancipated. The Siu Siu Laboratory of Primitive Senses is a workshop set to explore the environmental transition between urban space and natural forest. Materials of no practical use, such as gloss, grass, Buddha image, flowers, aroma, sound, yoga, along with natural spirits, are employed in the healing process that converts digital to analog.The same concept is also implanted into the architectural design. Agricultural shading nets 8 meters in height are erected to replace the existing wooden house. The net house, located on an nearly 20-meter path in between the slope and densely grown trees on a hill, comprises of 8 circular frames of irregular arcs.
