Lost interiors

It is Unfortunate That there has been so little discussion in the media, architectural or otherwise, about the proposed reconstruction of the Opera Theatre of the Sydney Opera House. This is not to discount the recent debate about whether the interior should be rebuilt at all, championed in the negative by the Sydney architect Ken Woolley, but discussion about the proposal itself.rnThere maybe political reasons behind this, as there inevitably is behind everything to do with this building, but I suspect it also has something to do with the fact that the Sydney Opera House has somehow slipped away from us into some international realm from whence it came.
