The method comprises delivering a molten metal (4) to an interior of the container, contacting a phase changing element (7) with a free surface (8) comprising a lost-wax model (2), and placing a cooler against a support side, which comprises the lost-wax model. A temperature of the phase changing element is less than or equal to a melting temperature of the molten metal. The phase changing temperature is a temperature of solid-liquid phase reaction of the phase changing element and a temperature of liquid-gas phase reaction of the phase changing element. The method comprises delivering a molten metal (4) to an interior of the container, contacting a phase changing element (7) with a free surface (8) comprising a lost-wax model (2), and placing a cooler against a support side, which comprises the lost-wax model. A temperature of the phase changing element is less than or equal to a melting temperature of the molten metal. The phase changing temperature is a temperature of solid-liquid phase reaction of the phase changing element and a temperature of liquid-gas phase reaction of the phase changing element. The phase changing element has a latent heat of = 450 kJ/kg.
