Utilizing the properties of the site with a height difference of 20m, the urban infrastructure is placed underground, creating a rich green public space and a pedestrian network on the ground. The remains of the stone walls of the Benkei moat leaves historical memories and the former residence of Lee Eun. the crown prince of the Korean Lee dynasty, has been loved by locals as memories of modern Tokyo.
