In the plans for the [Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho] Kioi Tower, the following original ideas (A and B), devices and advanced measures were incorporated to handle the various tasks involved in the design and construction. These ideas led to an architecture that contributes to the development and diffusion of steel structures.
