OTEPIA (KOCHI CULTURAL COMPLEX)

摘要

This plan is a library complex located in a city in Kochi. the most forest-rich prefecture in Japan. It is the country's first library that was built jointly by the prefectural and city governments. Including both the OTEPIA Kochi Talking Book & Braille Library and the Kochi MIRAI Science Center, this complex was designed like a generous, large tree with many opportunities for inclusive interaction, beyond the framework of local government.
