The paper deals with resistance of conical shells made of the composition materials whose components are elastoplasticity deformed. An approximate model has been used to compute integral characteristics of the material that is based on the hypothesis of thin cross-sections. The equations, linearized according to the method of the step-by-step load are solved by the numerical Method of discrete orthogonalization. On the example of shells of aluminoboron the authors have Determined the effect of boundary conditions on the critical value of intensity of the external pressure Within and outside the limits of elasticity. They have considered the problem of the choice of rational Reinforcement schemes as well as the problem of the effect of material plasticity on resistance of the Considered shells with different slopes of generatrix to the basement with bigger radius.
