The contents of the papers shall be the sole responsibility of the authors and publication shall not imply the concurrence of editors or publishers. 1. From January 2009, submissions to Applied Economics Letters, incorporating Applied Financial Economics Letters, are subject to a submission fee of US$50 (fifty US dollars) to help defray editorial costs.
