Comments on “A Novel Broadband Printed Dipole Antenna With Low Cross-Polarization”

摘要

The authors of [1] describe what they call a "double-layered" or stripline-fed version of Edward and Rees' printed dipole antenna [2]. Their claim of novelty for their stripline feed is not valid. To my knowledge, the first published description of this antenna was by D'Angelo etal. in 1996 [3].
