A civil engineer with 36 years of regional experience in the wastewater industry, he has planned, designed, and provided construction-phase engineering services for more than 24 wastewater treatment facilities throughout Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, and Rhode Island. His expertise includes innovative wastewater treatment technologies for nutrient removal, biosolids processing and disposal, odor control, pumping stations, and collection systems.
