VIRGINIA PORT AUTHORITY REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST OPPORTUNITY TO LEASE PORTSMOUTH MARINE TERMINAL

The Virginia Port Authority (VPA) is requesting letters of interest from parties interested in an opportunity to lease all or a portion of Portsmouth Marine Terminal (PMT). VPA will evaluate the Letters of Interest and may issue a detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking to reach an agreement with one or more parties expressing such an interest and meeting certain criteria such as having the financial capability to lease the terminal and generate business activities that provide economic benefits for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
