In column 2 of Table 2 on page 729, the rate for all gentamicin sulfate entries should be 10 mL/30 min. In the same table, footnote a should read "Tested as packaged by the manufacturer (40 meq in 100 mL sterile water for injection); the tested concentration and rate exceeded those recommended for peripheral infusion."
