Astroll through today's "average" work environment gives a very different impression than a walk taken during the Dress-for-Success, image-driven '80s and early '90s. A decade has passed, and what is acceptable in the workplace has evolved radically. Since 1995, corporations have struggled with the casualization of the workplace. "How do we address this issue without losing professionalism?" is a question I hear over and over. Or "Our people are just taking it too far!"
