INCREDIBLE India Cake COLLABORATION

There are a total of 135 participants this year, including our recipe contributors. The idea when I started this collaboration was to promote the cake industry in India, my home country. I wanted to create a platform that would bring forth the talent of the Indian sugar artists and also for the renowned international artists to share their inspiring creations related to the theme. As the collaboration grew in size, it has been our privilege to host some of the best from both India and across the world.
