We all know it’s the favorite cake of Queen Elizabeth ll for teatime and the story is that she knows how much of the cake is left from the previous days service. A few knuckles have been rapped in the palace from those who have taken a sneaky slice but gone are the days of being locked away in the tower. So if it is good enough for her majesty and worth getting your knuckles tapped, it’s surely good enough for everyone else. It’s always at the top of my list for my clients, young and old.
