The American Bar Associations Section of Dispute Resolution convened its annual meeting last month at New York's Sheraton Times Square, offering more than 100 educational programs over four days. The conference was attended by nearly 700 people. The first full day, on April 6, was devoted to a symposium on court processes. The general sessions took up April 7-8, and the conference closed on April 9 with a day devoted to issues in ADR academia.
