The CPR Institute's second Y-ADR gathering is now set for Dec. 10 in New York City.rnThe meeting will be hosted by Hughes Hubbard & Reed at its offices downtown at One Battery Park Plaza. Hughes Hubbard partner John Fellas is coordinating the program, which he will moderate, and which was in development at press time.rnThe event will include a panel discussion, and expected to participate are Britton Guerrina, an in-house counsel at Price WaterhouseCoopers in New York; Eve A. Konstan, New York-based senior vice president and chief counsel, litigation, at Time Warner Inc's HBO unit, in New York, and Karen Stoffan, senior litigation attorney, intellectual property litigation, at Rahway, N.J.-based Merck &Co.
