In June 2019, John Wagner mediated a 14-party environmental case involving 13 governmental agencies and a pipeline company trying to settle all governmental claims arising out of an oil spill that polluted the Pacific coastline. The mediation sessions were attended by 30-40 participants representing all the parties over the course of 13 days of formal mediation.
