It was a long time ago. I can no longer recall the number of years it's been, but I do know that I was a lot thinner and had quite a bit more hair. In spite of what my daughter might say, I'm certain it was at least a few decades after the last of the dinosaurs roamed the Earth.rnI had just started flying the line as a co-pilot on the Shorts SD3-30 (330) for Command Airways in upstate New York (Airways, April 2002). It may have only been a Shorts, but-so what?-I was flying the world's only wide-body turboprop, sometimes known as the 'Irish Concorde'.
