AMONG THE military hardware taking part in the Victory Parade centred on Moscow's Red Square on May 9 was this Vozdushno-Kosmicheskiye Sily Rossiyskoy Federatsii (VKS, Russian Air and Space Force) Tu-95MS Bear-H strategic bomber.
