Typhoons Deployed to Lithuania

As part of NATO's response to the crisis in Ukraine four Eurofighter Typhoon FGR4s were deployed to Siauliai AB in Lithuania on April 28. They are supporting the Baltic Air Policing mission undertaken in rotation by NATO fighters to monitor and protect the airspace of the three Baltic states from unidentified aircraft. The Typhoons (ZJ915/'DP', ZJ920/'QO-A', ZJ923/'DM' and ZJ941/'QO-J') are flown by No.3(F) Squadron pilots, although half of the aircraft have No.11 Squadron markings (with D~* codes).
