According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system for maintenance and repair budget optimization in preparation for a typhoon by a technique for predicting an expected typhoon damage amount comprises: a typhoon occurrence modeling unit to establish typhoon risk modeling; a facility GIS system modeling unit to carry out GIS systematization for facilities to establish facility GIS system modeling; a facility typhoon damage function generation unit to use the typhoon risk modeling and the facility GIS system modeling to reflect a typhoon damage property to classify facilities, and generate a facility typhoon damage function for each classified individual facility; and a facility typhoon damage prediction modeling unit to calculate a maximum expected damage amount for each facility and an annual average expected damage amount receivable by the classified individual facilities to establish typhoon damage prediction modeling for each facility.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
