Federal Geothermal Tax Credits Included in House GOP Tax Bill

After two years of strenuous, grassroots efforts, it appears as if geothermal tax credits are making a comeback. The credits, which were discontinued Dec. 31, 2016, were included in the House tax reform bill, HR 1, "Tax Cuts and Jobs Act," introduced by Kevin Brady, R-Texas, on Nov. 2.
