Recently-imported former Royal Navy Stinson AT-19 Reliant FK877/N69745 made its first flight in the UK at Oaksey Park, Wiltshire on 23 April, following re-assembly and fault rectification by the Classic Aeroplane Company. By the end of May the aircraft had completed its test schedule with pilots Phil Hall and Brian Comes. The machine was one of more than 500 examples of the type that flew with the Fleet Air Arm on navigation/radio training and communications work during the war.
