Dutch investment firm buys Diolen

Traction Partners of Amsterdam,The Netherlands, has acquired Diolen Industrial Fibers, one of Europe's largest producers of polyester fibres. Diolen Industrial Fibers says the takeover will strengthen its financial position as well as adding an active shareholder. This will allow Diolen to develop further as a high-quality player on the growing market for technical polyester fibres.
