摘要

In recent years, molecular markers have been, widely, developed and used in the study of genetic diversity and mapping. They mainly are: Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism (RFLP), Random Amplified Polymorphism DNA, microsatellite or Simple Sequence Repeat (SSR), and Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism (AFLP). In this paper, we present the results on comparison of the efficiency of RAPD, SSR and AFLP markers in the study of genetic diversity in upland rice. Ten RAPD primers, forty seven SSR primer pairs and ten AFLP primer combinations were used to generate DNA polymorphism between Vietnamese upland rice accessions. The obtained results showed that SSR and AFLP markers proved to be efficient tools for the study of genetic diversity of Vietnamese upland rice but AFLP markers were able to detect polymorphism with highest efficiency. And the studied rice accessions were very divergent. They are good materials for the study of genetics and breading.
