摘要

The Hg-doped Tl-based 2201 and 2212 phase layered cuprates have been successfully synthesized at ambient pressure and identified by X-ray powder diffraction and electron diffraction analysis. Compared with pure Tl-based 2212 phase compound, there are indications that the corresponding Hg-doped Tl-based compound (Tl_(1.8) Hg_(0.2) )Ba_2 CaCu_2 O_z exhibits a much higher T_c ( > 132 K).
