Tax advisers are warning that the chancellor George Osborne will have very little room for manoeuvre amid fears he could announce further 'politically motivated' tax measures. An update on progress toward a general anti-abuse tax rule (GGAR) is expected to confirm implementation on 6 April 2013 while the results of other ongoing consultations will be issued on 11 December.
