Phoenix IT, the cloud computing company facing a £14m accounting hole scandal, ditched its auditors on the same day as losing its chief executive. Deloitte stood down with immediate effect in October when Phoenix announced that chief executive David Courtley had resigned 'to pursue other business interests'.
