IASB AND IIRC TO COOPERATE ON INTEGRATED REPORTING

The International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) and IASB have formally agreed to work together on the development of a global integrated corporate reporting framework that includes financial, governance, management commentary and sustainability reporting. The two bodies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding committing both organisations to drive faster adoption of sustainable reporting.
