Glad to see the House of Lords are firing on all cylinders. Six months on from government's plans to reform taxation of limited liability partnerships (LLPs) to address their use for tax advantage, the Lords suddenly called for a delay in mid-March. But the new rules take effect on 6 April 2014. A bit late in the day perhaps?
