Display File System Information in a TreeView Control

I often need to display information about files and folders, and it seemed to me like the TreeView control provides the best alternative for this sort of display. I know Visual Basic provides controls that make it easy to display file system information, but they're quite old and look outdated at this point. There are also common dialogs that make it easy to select files, but what if you want information about the file system embedded on some other form? Or what if you just want to let users select a folder within the local file system? I reached my breaking point on this, and finally worked out a reasonable solution that works for me. The code in this article displays information about all the drives, folders, and files on a user's computer. Because sometimes I don't want to display files, I also included a constant you can set to False to disable displaying files.
