月間変動を考慮したコンビニエンスス卜ァにおける食品廃棄物利用による循環型社會の可能性評価

摘要

A food loss problem is mentioned in the Ise-shima Summit held this year, and retail trade accounts for 47% in the food loss percentage in the present. So the energy and the environment value including the cost performance when making the food wastes which made all convenience store of Saitama the subject by this research and using it by eco-feed, BDF and generation of electricity, etc. as the biomass, are performed. Monthly of occurrence of food wastes introduces a day another change specifically in particular by this research, and the most suitable equipment introduction which considered the operating ratio and the demand and supply balance which used and considered the life expectancy of the reuse product are estimated quantitatively.%本研究では，コンビニから排出された食品廃棄物をバイrnォマス資源として飼料化·BDF化·発電等で利用した際 の経済性を含むエネルギー,環境評価を行った.以下の表8 に本研究のまとめを示す.
