A Simple APL-Excel Interface

I have installed VBA .NET for a test in my PC, d I could not complete the whole installation process within one hour. APL, on the other hand takes only a few minutes. If we could use other methods, currently not permitted by IBM, it would finish almost within a second. There is no reason why APL should not prevail in the data processing arena, if it is made visible as a programming language to the general public in a way that they could accept.
