Review colleagues’ lessons learned for managing impact of COVID‐19 crisis

The COVID‐19 crisis sent student affairs hurtling into a whole new realm. And it happened so completely out of the blue that there was little time to prepare, and nothing to compare it to. But student affairs professionals have always excelled at adapting, even thriving, under stressful conditions, while making sure to lead their students and staff to succeed right along with them. And that's proven true once again during this crisis.
