PurposeWe retrospectively investigated the effect of transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) on the basis of the degree of obstruction seen in preoperative urodynamic study in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) who complained of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS).
