Special characteristics reproductive and clinical profile of women with unexplained infertility versus other causes of infertility: a comparative study

Prevalence of various factors in unexplained infertility and other infertility groups. Cycle-based analysis results are presented as mean (SD), unless otherwise specified. Italicized cells denote statistically significant overall heterogeneity (p < 0.05). Descriptive statistics and comparison results between UI and the other types of infertility at the patient level. Each comparison is separate for the arithmetic and the categorical parameters. For the former, we present the number of valid cases (N), the mean value, and the standard deviation (SD) along with p values (for the Kruskal-Wallis test). For the latter, we present the percentageumber and the percentage of positive cases for each cause of infertility, the odds ratios (where applicable), along with the relevant upper and lower confidence limits (UpperCL & LowerCL, respectively), and the p value for the chi-square test.
