Differential expression and prognostic significance of PODN in osteosarcoma. A PODN was significantly highly expressed in tumor tissues compared with normal tissues; B PODN was used to assess the diagnostic performance of PODN for osteosarcoma by area under the ROC curve (AUC) in the test set; C the effect of PODN on the overall survival prognosis (OS) of osteosarcoma was statistically significant; D the effect of PODN on the progression-free survival prognosis (DFS) of osteosarcoma disease was statistically significant
