摘要

Understanding the effects of BBB disrupting technologies on the neurovascular unit is important for safety and for optimal timing of therapeutic agents administration. We studied the effects of two novel BBB disrupting methods employing pulsed electrical fields (PEFs) on wash-in/wash-out rates and on vascular dilatation/constriction in mice and rats.
