摘要

Changes in Scr, BUN and levels of lipids in ApoE−/− mice at 10 weeks after operation. Compared with sham group, UAAS mice showed significantly increased level of Scr and BUN; Scr and BUN were increased in UAAS+PPG group mice compared with UAAS group mice (a and b). Meanwhile, LDL-C was significantly increased in UAAS group compared with sham group at 10 weeks after operation (e) (*P < 0.05 vs. sham group, n = 6 per group)
