摘要

The experiment lasted a total of 13 weeks. The animals were allowed to habituate to the housing conditions for 2 weeks before any experiments were initiated. The CUS rats were subjected to a sequence of 10 different stressors (two stressors per day for 5 weeks). The animal in the CUS/running group ran on a six-lane motorized treadmill for 6 weeks after CUS. Body weight and sucrose preference were assessed each weekend. CUS chronic unpredictable stress, BWT body weight test, SPT sucrose preference test.
