TUG1 expression was decreased both in I/R-induced mice and H/R-induced HK-2 cells. a-c: The levels of SCr, BUN and Kim-1 were detected via ELISA assay. d: Renal sections of mice were stained using H&E. e: The relative expression level of TUG1 in vivo was tested by qRT-PCR. f: The expression level of cytokines including TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6 were assessed by ELISA. g: The relative expression level of TUG1 in vitro was measured by qRT-PCR. Results were presented as mean ± SD. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01
