The IL-15 / sIL-15Rα complex modulates immunity without effect on asthma features in mouse

IL-15 complex has a systemic effect on NK cells, but also in the lungs. The numbers of NK cells (NKP46 , DX5 , CD3 ) were respectively measured in ( ) lungs, ( ) mediastinal lymph nodes and ( ) spleen by flow cytometry. The dissected lungs, mediastinal lymph nodes, and spleen from control mice (CTL) and mice treated by IL-15 complex (IL-15 Cx) were crushed, filtered, and then lysed by Red Blood Cell lysis (RBC) for lungs and spleen.
