Renal expression of , , and their receptors following unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO). Renal mRNA expression of ( ), ( ), ( ), ( ) ( ) and ( ) of mice underwent UUO and that of controls was determined by real-time RT-PCR in comparison with as internal control. The renal protein amount of IL-20RB of WT mice underwent UUO and that of controls was measured by Western blot analysis in comparison with GAPDH as internal control ( and Additional file : Figure S4a).
